Piercing Word Presents: The Advent of Christmas
Kick off the Christmas season by experiencing a fresh perspective on an ancient tradition in this modern musical. Inspired by traditional themes of the Advent season, The Advent of Christmas celebrates the Hope, Faith, Joy, Peace, and Love found in Christ. It offers a unique perspective on the Christmas story that speaks powerfully to today’s culture. This production includes the traditional Christmas narrative from Luke, chapters one and two, and other passages that highlight the birth of Christ and why His arrival matters. So, whether you’re facing hopelessness, doubt, depression, fear, anxiety, or any of life’s burdens, we invite you to be renewed this Christmas by the Light that shines in the darkness.

Piercing Word is passionate about coming alongside Christian Leaders in order to engage people with the Word of God through live scripture performances. Our mission is to ignite passion for the Word of God in the heart of the Church. We do this by performing scripture in musical and dramatic presentations word-for-word from the ESV Bible. We challenge everyone, everywhere we go to memorize the Word of God for themselves and equip them to do so through scripture memorization workshops and discipleship opportunities.
